Job Overview
As the Sales Manager at Medyaf, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will lead a team of sales professionals, manage key client relationships, and develop strategies to acquire new business in the property management sector. This role requires a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the property management industry. You will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase Medyaf’s market share and revenue within the short-term rental management sector.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals and providing guidance to ensure targets are met.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities, building relationships with property owners and real estate professionals to drive sales growth.
- Lead Generation: Work closely with the marketing team to generate and qualify leads, leveraging both inbound and outbound sales techniques to grow the business.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing Medyaf’s services and value proposition. Prepare customized proposals that align with client needs.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals with new clients, ensuring that terms are favorable and aligned with Medyaf’s business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Use this information to adapt and refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration with Operations & Marketing: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the sales process is seamless and that new clients are onboarded efficiently.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key sales metrics, such as conversion rates and revenue growth, and prepare regular reports for senior leadership. Continuously refine sales processes to improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the property management, hospitality, or real estate industries.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Sales Expertise: Strong track record of successful sales performance, with experience in B2B sales and closing high-value deals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and convincingly.
- Negotiation Skills: Skilled in contract negotiation, with a focus on closing deals that benefit both the company and the client.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the property management or short-term rental industry is highly preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, sales management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with property management platforms is a plus.
