Job Overview
As the Marketing Coordinator at Medyaf, you’ll play a critical role in executing and optimizing our marketing strategies to expand our client base and increase brand awareness. You will be responsible for developing and managing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all marketing efforts align with Medyaf’s core business objectives. Your focus will be on driving lead generation, optimizing campaign performance, and helping the company stand out in a competitive marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid advertising) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling content for Medyaf’s website, social media platforms, email marketing, and other promotional materials.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow Medyaf’s social media presence by developing a content calendar, posting regular updates, and engaging with followers.
- SEO & Analytics: Collaborate with the SEO team to implement best practices and track performance metrics to improve organic search visibility.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of webinars, virtual events, and other marketing activities to promote Medyaf’s services to property owners.
- Brand Strategy: Work closely with the marketing manager to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscape insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategies. Experience in property management or real estate is a plus.
- Creativity & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and deliver impactful marketing messages.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Social Media Expertise: Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, with a focus on driving engagement and conversions.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Project Management: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
