Job Overview

As an HR Manager at Medyaf, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources operations and fostering a positive work environment. You’ll be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and developing HR strategies that align with Medyaf’s business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is excited about helping to build and sustain a high-performance culture in a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to sourcing and interviewing candidates. Oversee employee onboarding to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting open communication across the organization.
  • HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with Medyaf’s business objectives, focusing on talent retention, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance review processes, provide training to managers on best practices, and help employees set and achieve personal and professional development goals.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation structures, benefits programs, and compliance with labor laws. Regularly review and update salary benchmarks to remain competitive in the market.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and create training programs to support employee growth. Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws. Manage any employee-related legal issues, ensuring compliance with regulations and mitigating risk.
  • Culture & Engagement: Build and maintain a strong company culture through team-building initiatives, employee engagement programs, and recognition of outstanding contributions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR strategy. Experience within property management, hospitality, or technology sectors is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to engage employees and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Experience managing HR teams is preferred.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate complex employee issues and make data-driven HR decisions.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor laws, employment practices, and benefits administration. Experience with HR systems and technology platforms.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
