Job Overview
As a Business Development Executive at Medyaf, you will play a crucial role in driving growth for the company by developing and expanding our client base. Your ability to identify and nurture opportunities will be key to scaling our services across target markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration for new clients while contributing to Medyaf’s strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and investors.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to recommend new strategies for market penetration.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, creating opportunities to expand Medyaf’s service reach.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of Medyaf’s property management services.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations for new client contracts, ensuring terms align with both the client’s and Medyaf’s goals. Close deals efficiently and effectively.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing and operations teams to ensure new clients are integrated into Medyaf’s system seamlessly.
- Sales Reporting: Track key performance metrics and report on sales progress regularly, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage the transition of new clients to account managers, ensuring a smooth handover and ongoing satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within property management, real estate, or hospitality sectors.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive new business and close deals, with a focus on B2B sales.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and build rapport with clients.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the property management or real estate industry, with an ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiation: Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and closing deals with business partners.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office. Experience with property management software is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
