Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Medyaf, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining client relationships and ensuring their success. You will be the clients’ trusted advisor, working to understand their needs and helping them maximize their rental potential. As the face of Medyaf to our property owners, your ability to deliver exceptional customer service will be key to driving retention and creating growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Success Champion: Build lasting relationships with property owners, providing them with insights and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Growth Advocate: Identify and suggest upselling opportunities for additional services, helping property owners optimize their rental strategy.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are fully integrated into Medyaf’s platform and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for any client concerns, facilitating swift resolution by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly review key performance metrics with clients, helping them make data-driven decisions to improve rental performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive and efficient client service delivery.
  • Contract Renewals: Lead the renewal process, ensuring favorable terms and ongoing alignment with client goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years in account management or customer success, ideally within property management, hospitality, or technology.
  • Communication Pro: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner, both in writing and verbally.
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record of building lasting client relationships that drive business results.
  • Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving client issues.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM systems and project management tools. Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
  • Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable: Willingness to thrive in a dynamic, evolving industry.
